I never did. I tried at my moms and it said the same thing. I think I am going to email them and complain. Maybe they will send me some good ones in the mail. I am so dissappointed. I love these candles.
Brea - I wrote Glade an email to state the issue I was having and they are sending me 4 (yes 4) coupons. I can only hope they are 4 $4 off coupons. =) I have done this before with diapers and got $25 in coupons from Kimberly Clark. Maybe I should just write random emails, complaining and complimenting products.
